My Approach
My work integrates the Western, scientific approach of applied kinesiology with the wisdom of Eastern and natural healing traditions. Sessions are practical yet deeply restorative, designed to meet you exactly where you are and support you in becoming more resilient, energised and aligned.
The Story Behind My Work
Holistic Health grew out of my own journey to find a more complete, human-centered approach to wellbeing. Over years of learning and practice, I’ve come to see that true health is not just the absence of illness — it is the presence of balance, clarity, and vitality at every level of our being.
What began as a personal search has become a professional practice dedicated to helping others reconnect with themselves and live more fully.

My kinesiology- and integrated holistic healing practice was born from my personal healing journey
I became aware, at a very young age, that being who/what I am, I would have to take personal responsibility for my unique experiences.
Later, I was pushed, forced and divinely led to acquire not-so-mainstream education and skills required for, firstly understanding, sometimes for basic survival, and ultimately for living the life I chose to live, in alignment with Divine Will here on planet Earth.
From attending many, many courses & workshops, devouring & fully immersing myself by indulging in every piece of learning that ever winked my way, it became clear that these “interests” of mine needed to be integrated into my life as a whole if I were to overcome the unique challenges continuously coming my way.
In the process of gaining understanding & building my unique road ahead, I have built up some skills in self-understanding, self-awareness, surrender & acceptance, and with my main modality, applied kinesiology, leading the way to clarity, I’ve been blessed enough to have found, for myself, and others, ways to make the best of our life paths as healers, and in facing vocational realities that come with living a life of service.

I am, amongst being human & other fun things, “just a healer”.
