Journalling.
Do you have a journal? Is it sorely neglected because you do not know where to start?
Here is your guide to a 28 day transformational journey into your inner being, with question prompts for every day.
Start at the top.
Focus on only ONE per day and prepare for some productive self-reflection time!
START HERE:
1. You can do this!
Grab your journal, start making a list of 55 things you have accomplished in your life. It can be big or small, medium or seemingly insignificant. Do not stop before you have listed 55!

2. You are an inspirational being!
Write another list of 33 ways in which you help, support and inspire others. It may seem challenging for some, but do it, just start. Describe shortly what benefit others or the world receive from how you go about your life.
( go to the next post -> )
3. You have unique gifts and talents to bring to this world!
Write a list of 22 traits, talents or special gifts you have. Think of how you are positively different from others, what you are good at, what you can do better than most others you know.
( go to the next post -> )
4. You chose to be here now.
Do you know the chances of someone like you existing in this vast universe we live in? You are a unique expression of spirit and free to create your life the way you choose! Write a list of 12 things you are currently enjoying about your life, about being YOU!
( go to the next post -> )
5. Life answers (echoes) your vibration!
Write a list of 10 things, circumstances or situations you have wished for and have received throughout your life.
( go to the next post -> )
6. Who are you spending most of your time with?
Write down the 5 people or environments you spend most of your time with. Take a good look at your list and ask (or write) the good, the bad and the ugly for what you experience when you are with them. Become aware that over time we become like the people we spend most of our time with. If changes need to be made for you to live your best life going forward, make a commitment to yourself today to upgrade this list. If it’s all good and you are happy to become like them, do something to express gratitude and appreciation to them and keep the happy flow going!

7. Where does your energy flow to?
Similar to the previous question on who you spend most time with, ask yourself, “WHERE IS MY MIND most of the time?” What are you always thinking about? What occupies your mind most of the time? Identify 3 topics.
These are the trains of thought you board every day and they lead you to somewhere, usually the same stations, every day, repetitively.
Now ask yourself if ending at these same stations every day is serving you and the life you wish to create? If no, then give a thought (and write!) what you would rather be focusing on.
Place reminders, like sticky notes or a notification on your mobile devices, to start shifting this mind habit on a daily basis. If you are happy with where your trains of thought are going every day, celebrate your mind power by sharing your life experiences in some way. There are many who might benefit!

8. Can you eat better?
Write your typical daily / weekly consumption of food, drinks and/or other substances. Maintaining a healthy and appropriate diet for what we need to fuel our daily lives is essential. Body chemistry, besides environmental and social stressors, has pretty much ONLY the food we put into our bodies to work with.
If changes need be made, start small and do not try to switch it all up in onde day or even one week. You can copy your current daily/weekly diet onto a sheet and stick it on the fridge to peruse as you go about your life.
Commit to making tiny, easy changes as you are ready. Switch up the habits one by one by maybe just replacing one unwanted eating habit with something healthy at a time.
Celebrate by updating your default list, sticking the new and updated one on the fridge and going again until you are happy that you are nourishing your body in the best way possible.

9. Can you smile more?
Go for it! Try! Simply lift the corners of your mouth and see how that makes you feel! Holding this smile, write a list of 10 things that make you smile or laugh. Again you can place this list, so long as it does not need to remain private, somewhere in your environment so you can remember to get enough of these in your daily life.

10. Can you upgrade your thoughts about your self?
Without thinking too much before you start writing, start a list of 12 beliefs / thoughts you have about yourself. Don’t take too much time on this, simply write them as they come up. When you’ve made your list, take a deep breath and take a careful look at what you wrote.
Make a check next to each positive one and a cross next to each negative one.
Next, for every cross you made, write a better (truthful, believable, positive) thought to replace the negative one. Update your list by re-writing, in sequence as you started, including only the initial positive and latter positive ones.
If you feel free enough to do so, tear out the list that contained the negative beliefs from your journal and make a little fire from it, giving thanks to higher power for assisting you in removing these ideas that did not serve.

11. Where would you rather be, if not here now?
Write anything you may be dissatisfied with about your environment, your home, where you live, where you work. When we are dissatisfied with our environments, the negativity slowly seeps in to our subconscious mind, making us miserable over time. We’d like to catch those thoughts and take control of the situation as soon as we can. When you have your hopefully short, or if need be, long list, then there are three questions you can ask yourself for all of what you wrote down in general, or for each of the items if that works better for you:
Question 1: Can I accept this?
Question 2: Can I change this?
Question 3: Can I walk away from this?
These three questions really are the only three options we ever have in any situation. Start at the top and if you get a no, go to the next and keep going until you get clear on what you need to do. It can only be one of these in the end. When you have gained clarity, make your best effort to implement as soon as you possibly can and be free!

12. What can you not accept about life, people in general, specific people?
The mirror effect. Everything we perceive is a mirror of some subconscious aspect of the self. It is either something we judge harshly within ourselves or others. Usually the latter is something we work hard to suppress and not be guilty of within ourselves.
Make a short list of 4 things to start with.
Write 4 things you cannot accept about what you witness in life or other people. Write the first thoughts that pop into your mind.
Then take some time on each one, writing how and where this energy is present within your self?
For each, take full responsibility to become more aware and forgive others when displaying these traits.
Pat yourself on the back every time you remember not to judge others.

17. How can you shift into a new vibration, whole-heartedly, without delay?
Choose a new daily habit. Schedule weekly check-in time to work on ONE life area that will make all the difference. Have a process to follow, even if it is not perfect. Repetition is the key!
( go to the next post -> )
18. How can you take better care of your body?
Our bodies are the only vehicles we have for experiencing life at all, not mentioning living fulfilling lives.
( go to the next post -> )
19. How can you take better care of your finances?
Truth be told, in this life, without money, you will not be living a good life at all.. Get honest and clear with yourself about where you are and where you would like to be.

20. What are your needs?
In order to fulfil our life goals and sustainably make progress, we need to bring energy to our daily lives and activities.
We need three types of fuel to fill three different tanks:
The first is for SURVIVAL, the second is our PERSONAL tank and the third is our tank for GROWTH.
Write, for each of these, what do you need?
Survival Needs -> Basically getting up and rising out of bed, being able to get through a day sustainably.
Personal Needs -> To feel motivated, inspired and creative, we need extra energy to bring to our goals and activities. Ask yourself what makes it worthwhile? Why do you do what you do and how can you fuel your inspiration for what you need to achieve, over and above just doing another day.
Growth Needs -> To truly make progress, what would you need to learn about, change or get out of your comfort zone with? How can you challenge yourself in a positive way that would bring extra fuel to fulfilling your desires?
( go to the next post -> )
21. Who do you depend on besides yourself?
No man (or woman) is an island. We need community to live balanced lives. How can you connect to more like-minded people who share your passions, interests and life goals?
( go to the next post -> )
22. How can you strengthen and build positive relationships?
Our inner circle is imperative to the direction our life is going in. Ask yourself if you feel fully supported, nourished, loved and cared for? If this is a no, it is time to re-assess some walls you’ve built around your heart and your life, think about ways to create safe boundaries, yet let others in. The idea is not to force or let others who are unsafe close again, but rather to be respectful of one self and aware that we do better in life when we have trusted and trusting friends and family.

Write about your wildest dreams.. Don’t hold back. Tantasize, dream, write it as if it is a fairytale… Imagine the best that could happen to you, whether you believe it to be possible or not!
Then.. let it go.. take some time off.. Dream.. Wonder.. take two weeks or three or four, then maybe come back to this program and do another round! Dreaming is where the magic happens.
